These terms govern your use of run4awareness.org. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this site
The site is operated by Run 4 Awareness Guam, a community initiative on Guam, with event funds handled by Reef Pursuit International Inc.. The site provides information about the Diabetes Awareness Sunset Run and related community health efforts on Guam.
Using the site
You may view and share the site’s content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or connected systems
- Interfere with the site’s operation, or upload anything harmful
- Copy, republish, or sell the site’s content or design without written permission
- Use another person’s information, or submit false information, in our forms
Registration and payments
Race registration, timing, and any participant waiver are handled by the Guam Running Club on its own platform, under its own terms. Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider under its terms. Run 4 Awareness is not responsible for those platforms, and your dealings with them are between you and them.
Donations
A donation is a voluntary gift and is separate from a race entry. A race entry is not a donation. Donations support diabetes awareness, the free health screening, and youth programs as described on the site. Reef Pursuit International Inc. handles donated funds. Reef Pursuit International Inc. is a 501(c)(4), so gifts are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Consult the receipt from the receiving organization and your own tax advisor. Donations are generally non-refundable except in the case of a processing error.
Our content
The text, graphics, logos, photos, and design on this site belong to Run 4 Awareness Guam or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Run 4 Awareness name and marks may not be used without our written permission. Sponsor and partner logos belong to those organizations and are shown with their permission.
Anything you submit
If you send us a message, a photo, a testimonial, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give Run 4 Awareness permission to use it in connection with the event and its mission. Do not send us confidential information you do not want us to have.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that any information is complete, current, or accurate. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of Guam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
