The Diabetes Awareness Run has been part of Guam since 1999. Every year it has happened, and the year it did not, stays here.
1999–2012
The vault
Fourteen years of the Guam Diabetes Association run, led by Carl Butler. The old shirts, year by year.
2024
The Vision
Year two of the revival. A bigger field, more sponsors, more divisions, another check to the Guam Diabetes Association.
2023
The run comes back
Revived by a community after nearly a decade quiet, in Carl Butler’s honor.
There was no run in 2025. It took a year off, then came back for 2026 because the community asked for it.
